Private Queen Suite with private bathroom and Private Rooms with a shared bathroom (2rooms/bathroom).

How long can I stay?

As short as 1 months or opt for a long-term stay, depending on your needs.

What amenities are included?

Our rentals come equipped with essential amenities such as Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, full kitchen with dining areas. Fully furnished living area to ensure a comfortable living experience. Also enjoy complimentary household essentials (toilet paper, trashbags, paper towels, cleaning, laundry supplies).

How much is program participation fees?

Queen Suite is $850 and Private Rooms are $650-$750. $500 deposit is required to secure your room, which is refundable upon the completion of your participation in the program, less any fees. Bad credit, non-violent background and prior evictions are encouraged to apply.
